The JP071 is a durable and warm sounding Bb student cornet, ideal for getting new learning off the mark and progressing quickly. A favourite within the education system, the JP071 has set a high standard for reliability, performance and afforability. Featuring a rose brass leadpipe, the instrument easily delivers an attractive tone that is sure to encourage players to keep practising. Designed with new starters in mind, the JP071 also has mobile 1st and 3rd valve slides and with waterkeys on the main tuning slide and third slide. Comparing very well against many of the more expensive instruments from other established brands, it is no wonder the JP071 has become so popular with cornet students today.

The JP071 Bb Cornet is constructed from yellow brass throughtout with the addition of a rose brass leadpipe and features a standard cornet bell. The instrument has been designed using a medium large bore configuration, providing the ideal resistance for younger players. The JP071 is supplied with a JP603 (4B) mouthpiece as standard and comes equipped with a high quality case for maximum protection. The case is lightweight, well-designed and attractively styled with a reflective safety strap. Backpack straps and a comfortable shoulder strap is included as standard. Manufactured to a high quality standard as is expected with all JP Instruments, The JP071 Bb Cornet is guaranteed for 12 months against faulty manufacturing or materials and is fully tested prior to sale.
