How do I return an item?
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 10 calendar days after delivery of the product.
For Exchanges: you will be responsible for return shipping and any additional shipping costs associated with the exchange item being sent. Items must be in like new, unaltered and unused condition.
For Returns: You will receive a refund for the product amount less a restocking fee of the greater amount; $15 or original shipping costs. At our sole discretion after 10 calendar days, we may still offer a refund of your product less a restocking fee of the greater amount; $15 or original shipping costs. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
• within 10 calendar days of the delivery date
• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 10 days noted in that item's particular item description
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received.
Again you MUST contact us within 10 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 10 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. We can be reached at email@example.com or 630-267-9828 M-F 9am-5pm.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
